The Classic Plastic Model Club was organized in 1989 with the car modeling enthusiast in mind and with the intention to draw model builders together as a group, share ideas, and have fun with the modeling hobby. We accomplish this by discussing techniques and how-to's at our meetings, showing our latest in-progress and completed projects, traveling together to model car shows, and encouraging our members to shop at local hobby shops. All these events and others are covered in our newsletter, which is published four times a year. The Club hosts our annual Model Car Exhibition in the fall, plus we also attend many other shows on a regional and national scale. The Classic Plastic Model Club is, and always will be, a non-profit club organized by and maintained for the benefit of the model building hobby and its enthusiasts.
